Where and Why did the First Cities begin?
10,000 years ago small villages started to spread around the world. Those small agricultural villages started to spread into different parts of the world, and without them we wouldn't have what we have today. About 5,000 years ago is when the first real civilizations had appeared, mostly Mesopotamia and the Nile Valley.
